Very disappointed in my waxing experience here.. I was left with broken hair and long hairs all over my areas waxed and I had long enough hair to be waxed and I’m pale with dark hair ie very easy to see.. the waxer was nice but not consistent and rushed in some areas, to slow in others, didn’t pull the skin tight like at all, and was all over the place with my full body wax and on top of it didn’t even clean off the excess wax when done. I left with my clothes and underwear sticking to me everywhere it was very frustrating and uncomfortable since I had to go run errands like that! I have had numerous waxes in my lifetime all over my body and unfortunately they were just not up to par. They were also very pushy on trying to sell products and their membership at the end like very pushy and tried numerous tactics to try and get me to commit to something it was very off putting! It could have just been an off day for the waxer who said she has over a decade of experience but considering the wasted money for me to have to go home and shave whole body I won’t be going back especially if this is an experienced waxer work. Pricing wise not the most expensive but not that cheap either. I hate leaving bad reviews and rarely do but I hate wasting my time and money even more for subpar outcomes.

Edited to add yes it was this Oceanside location and a week after I had extreme amount of spiky and long hair that was very obviously because of breakage and every other wax ever had in my life it grew back slow and smooth not like this at all.

I do not recommend this waxing place at all.

We had a wonderful experience here. The facility was clean and comfortable with a kind and professional staff. Hailey was fantastic. We appreciate her thoughtful concern for a teen girl's first bikini. She is professional and I can tell she is good at what she does because my daughter didn't even flinch. We will definitely be back for my 3 other daughters and myself! It’s not everyday you find a wax place you instantly like as this one. Thank you

Hayley is an absolute professional!!!!! I was extremely anxious and nervous coming in but immediately she welcomed me in and walked me through the whole process. Hayley continuously checked in to see how I was doing and answered all of my questions. She works fast, is kind to your skin type, and you can tell is very experienced. 12/10 recommend this location.

I come to get a Brazilian wax with Marcy. She's the best! She makes me feel at ease and she's so sweet. I use to go to EWC and those places were always rushed and never found a person I was comfortable with. I found my wax spot here at Natura the vibes are calm and relaxing, and with their memberships it's definitely worth it.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about how much I love coming here for my monthly maintenance. It’s always such a great experience. I recommend Hayley to everyone, she’s amazing! I’ve been coming here for over a year now. At first, I was seeing Hayley regularly, but when our schedules stopped lining up, I had to take a break from booking with her. As soon as I found out our availability matched up again, I jumped at the chance to get back on her schedule, and I’m so glad I did. She’s done a bunch of different services for me, and every single time she nails it. No awkward moments, no discomfort, no ingrowns, just smooth, easy, professional service. And on top of all that, she’s so easy to talk to. The conversations never feel forced, and she’s just genuinely bubbly and kind. It always feels like I’m catching up with a friend while getting amazing service. Honestly, Hayley is such a joy to be around, and she makes the whole experience feel super comfortable and positive.
