Okay - bare with me 5 stars for multiple reasons.
1) the place is so nice and cozy it always smells top tier ! it's very clean and presented incredibly well
2) the service is well priced for 60mins with the amount the do for you and your face (whatever youre targeting)
3) I went to massage directly after my facial, and the neck/head/face massage I got from Liz (Elizabeth) was 10x more relaxing !! she was so gentle yet very attention with the massage (which isn't even something I expected her to provide). I would literally pay just for a massage from her !!!!!!!
4) she was so so so thorough. she explained every single step and product is she was using , what it was for, how it would help me, what's in it , etc.
5) she's very aware we are in zen relax mode and makes sure to keep that energy and environment that way. she always makes sure to touch your shoulder slightly to make you aware she's going to touch or apply something to you and then goes into the explanation. she's wonderful

THIS IS LONG IM SORRY BUT BEWARE!! i wanted to enjoy this place so bad but it was honestly extremely disappointing, i used to go to swanky sugar in ocean beach (amazing place but pricey and the girl i used to go to moved away) so i was in search of a new place, i was offered the 39$ deal and i went and i guess you get what you pay for 🙁 i had gone and no where on the website does it say they use strips, they use the sugaring product but not the method, they use strips and it’s really irritating, so she uses the strips and goes over the same spot multiple times leaving it irritated (brazilian wax area) i just had a baby a few weeks ago and the girl that serviced me had told me straight up LIES, she told me that it hurts LESS down there when you get waxed on your period because theres blood rushing down there which is in fact NOT true, it’s more sensitive BECAUSE blood is rushing down there (it’s tender), another lie was she told me that the regular balled up sugaring method hurts more then using strips, it doesn’t…using wax strips is uncomfortable on top of also it being on the same place over and over hurts more, i also told her to please not use baby powder because it gives me ingrowns, she told me she wouldn’t and then when i looked over she was putting it on her hands and then a week after my wax i got MULTIPLE ingrown hairs, during my appointment as well she wasn’t able to make conversation, i was a little nervous and was trying to talk and distract myself a little but she didn’t really talk to me which in general is fine she doesn’t owe me that but still, on top of that i asked if she could count to three on big strips and she would take the strip off on 1 and still count to 3, or she would just take the strip off and say “1,2,3” like girl omg 😭😭 even worse was her just taking the strip off while saying 1,2,3 really fast and in the middle of it like at that point don’t even count to three it’s fine and the craziest part about all of it is that she literally took AN HOUR, a full brazilian usually takes me 15 ish minutes, my appointment was at 4:30 and i left at 5:45, also she wasn’t spreading my (sorry TMI) lips :/ she would poor BOILING wax on me, no not hot but scolding hot (after asking for colder wax) and she would let it drip down and wouldn’t spread me open and like actually get in there, and i literally had to ask her if she’d like for me to open my legs more and she said yes and then finally she somewhat did better i guess, she literally left the wax strips at my feet as well on the bed, i sat up and a bunch got stuck on me 😭😭literally a nightmare and on top of that she sprayed rubbing alcohol after my wax, you NEVER do that, a wax is to be treated like an open wound honestly, it’s an exfoliation! you use a warm towel and some oil!!! not rubbing alcohol which also flared up my eczema, anyways i really wanted to like this place but it was just not good 🙁

I love coming here! I mostly come for the waxing and they always do a fantastic job and they do it quickly. I literally feel like I’m only back there for a few minutes and I’m done. Which is amazing if you’re getting a wax, you definitely don’t want the experience to feel long. Elizabeth is my favorite, I highly recommend her. She’s very nice and always has a great attitude. I absolutely love her. She needs a raise if she hasn’t gotten one already lol.

Erika at Natura Salon is the best! I’ve gone to her for facials, waxing, and Brazilian sugar hair removal, and she always does an amazing job. She’s super friendly, professional, and makes you feel totally comfortable. The sugaring is way gentler than regular waxing, and my skin always feels so smooth afterward. Her facials are super relaxing too — my skin has never looked better!

The salon is clean, calm, and has such a nice vibe. If you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing, definitely go see Erika at Natura Salon. Highly recommend!!!

though my daughter has been going for years so they came highly recommended!
I’ve recently moved from CT to CA and finding new providers and services can be mind boggling!
This is a place that I’d recommend as it’s very clean ( that’s my first impression) as a dental hygienist in my past life, I always judge places by the cleanliness level- very zen vibe here and front office staff friendly and very helpful!
My esthetician Samantha couldn’t have been nicer and went out of her way to supply extra pillows etc
Without too much detail, she made the appointment for bikini line waxing be as comfortable as she could- checking with me as to how I was doing and very professional!

Natura has been my “go to spa” for several years. Erika relaxes me every month with an awesome facial; she tailors it specifically to my personal skin issues. She recommends products to resolve skin problems, but is never pushy or in sales mode. Erika’s brow and lip waxes are excellent too!

The manager is very friendly and available. Natura feels like a well run shop!
